What is the membership fee?

The cost to join Guelph Public Speakers includes a one-time new member fee (for first-time Toastmasters members) and Toastmasters International membership dues, along with club dues.

What are Pathways?

Pathways is Toastmasters International's online education program designed to help you develop communication and leadership skills at your own pace.

You can choose from a variety of learning paths based on your personal and professional goals. Each path includes interactive projects that help you build skills such as public speaking, presentation mastery, leadership, strategic communication, coaching, and team collaboration.

As you complete projects, you'll apply what you learn by delivering speeches, leading meeting roles, and receiving constructive feedback from fellow club members. Pathways allows you to progress at a pace that fits your schedule while tracking your achievements along the way.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced speaker, Pathways provides a flexible and rewarding learning experience to help you become a more confident communicator and effective leader.

Where and when are the meetings?

Our meetings are held every Monday (except statutory holidays) from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM in Room 101, Animal Science and Nutrition Building, University of Guelph (491 Gordon Street, Guelph).

You're welcome to attend in person or virtually. Whether you're visiting for the first time or are a returning member, we look forward to seeing you!
